Life's little surprises

On my way home from picking the kids up after work yesterday to my surprise the was a beautiful rainbow. Then there were two rainbows. The top one was harder to see as it was not a bright and yes I took the pictures while driving down the highway. Some I took while I was in a turn lane.
Yesterday was a great day. I went to the Shoe Show in Columbia city. It's kind of like Shoe Carnival. I was able to buy me and the kids new shoes. When I leaving and loading the van I noticed to the west a long line of black clouds. The wind was blowing to the north. It changed directions and was on top of me within minutes. I wish I had brought my camera with me. The clouds behind the black line where very strange. Not something you see everyday. The sad part was it was only about an hour and a half after the rainbows.

Our cat Sarah kitty

This is our cat Sarah kitty. She was a present to Sarah on her 3rd birthday. At that time Sarah named everything after herself. Sarah kitty has the strangest habits. Her biggest thing is Sarah's homework. She almost always tries laying on it when Sarah is trying to do it. Her other strange habit is sleeping in boxes or bags. I was putting groceries away when I noticed she had already climbed in the bag that was on Saturday. On Friday when I came home from work she was sitting in the egg carton. One time Sarah was doing a small puzzle and she tried to sleep in the lid. Needless to say the lid was way to small for her but she didn't give up. When Sarah put the puzzle away she was laying with just her front half in the lid. I thought it was funny and would share.

Spring Break and other ramblings

Spring Break
It use to me so much more when I was a kid. I do like seeing Coleman and Sarah get excited about spring break. We aren't even going anywhere and Coleman was jumping for joy. Have a great spring break everyone.
Not to much has been going on around here lately. Vince doesn't sleep well he is up and down all night. He is at the point he sleeps on our chair in the living. O sleep in our bed usually one of the kids are in there when I go to bed but by the morning all three of them our in there. It's crowded at times. Oh, when Sarah comes to our bed her cat Sarah kitty follows.
I have really enjoyed the warm weather. That's suppose to change today. Strong storms this afternoon followed by cold weather. Having the Coleman and Sarah playing outside until dinner is done has been nice. Miranda loves riding her tricycle. They have so much fun playing outside.
I must share a story from about three years ago when Coleman was in kindergarten. He was in the morning class. I would have to leave work to pick him up take him to daycare. One day he wanted to do his homework on the way. All I had was a pen. Debating with myself I decided to let him use the pen. I told him he could use the pen just to be very careful. He replied why because it's illegal to have pens in your car. Of course I instantly start laughing and told him it was because you can't erase pens.
