We all have been doing alright. Miranda is still keeping me on my toes but I think she is starting to mellow out a little. I hope. On the 4th of July we found a lump on Coleman's collar bone. On the 5th I called Dr. Dillon and set up an appointment for him. The appointment was for the 11th. Then on Sunday the 8th I found a lump on Sarah in her underwear line. They were different types of lumps. Sarah's moved around a bit and Coleman's was stationary. So on Monday the 9th I called Dr. Dillon and had her add to the appointment. I was very worried about what the doctor was going to say. He said that Sarah's was just a swollen limp-node. That was caused from a bug bite not far from the area. He said she would be fine just to keep an eye out and put neosporin on the bug bite. Coleman's he wasn't sure he asked Coleman questions about if he had been hurt there before or if he had remembered it ever hurting. Coleman said no. I don't remember him ever getting hurt in the area or complaining of it hurting but that doesn't mean much. A couple years ago he fractured a bone in his hand and had it not been for the swelling I wouldn't have taken him in because he said it didn't hurt. Any way he referred us to O.N.E. and for a x-ray of the collar bone. He also said it feels like it is all on the bone so if it was cancer it should be easily removed. At first I was surprise that he would say that phrase and say the word cancer. I really think he already knows that every mother worries about the worst with their kids and that is why he said it. As soon as I returned to work I called and set an appointment at O.N.E.. I was able to get him an appointment for July 25th. I will keep everyone posted. Other than being worried about Coleman everything else has been going okay.

That's a great picture of you guys!
Glad to hear the "lumps" have been checked out. Dr. Dillon has always been the "lay it out on the table" type of doc. Don't worry yourself too much.... if he really did think it was cancer he'd have sent you to the hospital for x-rays instead of Orthopaedics. With the referral to ONE and the questions about injuries, it sounds like he's thinking it's just a calcium deposit.
